Individual Therapy
Individual therapy begins with a 60-minute intake session that will include time for you to share what brings you to therapy, your current stressors and supports, and a basic history that will allow us to create a treatment plan with specific goals for our work together.
After the intake session, individual sessions are typically 50-60 minutes. Sessions are individualized to each client and may include a variety of evidence-based techniques and interventions including mindfulness, EMDR, DBT, ACT, IFS/ Parts Work, and Somatics.
